Ira Maybaum's responsibilities include the business development process, market analysis, customer engagement and the preparation
of bids and proposals for San Francisco Drydock. He is responsible
for developing cost estimates including the interface of labor,
material and subcontracting resources in bid development. Mr.
Maybaum, a graduate of the California Maritime Academy, has over
28 years in the maritime industry including estimating, program
and production management, contract administration and
business development for a diverse clientele.
