Mr. McKay joined SWM in 1978, working in all operational
areas of the San Diego shipyard. He is currently responsible for
Government contracts and estimating. Prior to joining SWM, he was
employed by NASSCO for 11 years as a Contract Manager and Administrator.
He has over 35 years of experience in ship building and repair.
